This page describes the checks a product passes before it appears on AlamSehat. The criteria are the same for every supplier, and a product that fails them is not listed.
We publish the process so readers can judge a listing for themselves, and so suppliers know what to prepare. It is a documentation review, not a laboratory test: we describe what the label and the papers state, and we say when something is missing.

Ingredient amounts, not just names
A list of ingredients without amounts tells a reader almost nothing. Where a label prints figures, we record them. Where amounts are hidden inside a proprietary blend, we mark the listing accordingly.
Repeated refusal to print amounts is a reason we may decline the product. This is the single most common problem we see with herbal capsules in the category, and it is the one most worth checking before you buy.

Label clarity, language and the warnings we repeat
A readable label in the language the buyer holds
The pack must carry a readable Indonesian label, since that is what a buyer will hold. We check that the serving suggestion, the warnings, and the manufacturer details are present and legible at the size they are printed.
If a page describes something differently from the pack, the pack wins, and we correct the page. Readers who report a mismatch help us keep this accurate, and those reports are read before anything else.

Who should ask a professional first
Products intended for a general adult audience often carry warnings for pregnancy, certain health conditions, or use alongside prescription medicine. We reproduce those warnings on the page rather than leaving them only on the pack.
Where a warning suggests a reader should consult a doctor or pharmacist, we say so plainly. This is not a formality. It is often the most useful line on the label.

What we decline, and what we will not repeat
Declining is not a permanent verdict. A product can be resubmitted later if the documentation changes, and most of what goes wrong at this stage is a paperwork problem rather than a product one.

Independence and commercial arrangements
Placement is not for sale. A commercial arrangement with a supplier does not move a product past the criteria above, and no supplier can have a competitor's listing removed.
Where a relationship exists, it does not affect the description. If this ever appears not to hold, we would rather hear about it than not, and the contact page is the way to reach us.
A supplier cannot pay to skip the document check.
A supplier cannot ask us to pull a rival's listing.
A commercial relationship does not change a description.
Questions readers ask us
Short answers to the things that come up most often about how this site is put together.
Does a listing mean the product has been tested?
No. What we publish is a documentation review of the label and the supplier's paperwork. We describe what the pack states and flag what it leaves out. If a product was independently tested by someone else, that is a separate matter from our listing.
Why do some listings show an amount and others do not?
Because some packs print a figure per ingredient and some fold everything into a blend. We record what is printed and mark the rest. An empty space where a number should be is itself information, and it is more useful to you than a made-up average.
Can I suggest a natural capsule for strength and vitality that you have not listed?
Yes, and it is a useful thing to send. Tell us the product, where it is sold, and what the label says about amounts. Suggestions are treated the same way as supplier submissions: they go through the same document check before anything is published.
Where should I start if I am new to men's vitamin supplements?

Do you list energy and endurance supplements differently?
The criteria do not change. What changes is the description: for energy and endurance products we check the serving suggestion carefully, because how much is taken per day matters more for this group than for a general vitamin. Storage notes matter too, since some formulas are more sensitive to heat.
